💪 Regenerating serum for mature skin: In a bottle, mix

• 20 ml of rosehip seed oil,
• 30 ml of evening primrose oil,
• 1 ml of coenzyme Q10,
• 5 drops of vitamin E,
• 10 drops of carrot essential oil,
• 10 drops of bourbon geranium essential oil.

Apply to the face in the evening using small circular motions to help the serum absorb.

💪 Repairing oil for chapped and cracked skin: In a roll-on bottle (or dropper bottle), mix

• 5 ml of sweet almond oil,
• 5 ml of evening primrose oil,

• 5 ml of castor oil,

• 5 drops of lemon essential oil,

Apply a few drops to your fingertips, then massage to help the blend absorb. Remove any excess with a damp wipe if necessary.

💪 Pre-shampoo oil treatment for dry and brittle hair: In a spray bottle, mix

• 50 ml of evening primrose oil,
• 50 ml of avocado oil,
• 15 drops of cineole rosemary essential oil,
• 10 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil,
• 10 drops of vitamin E.

Spray mainly onto the mid-lengths and ends. If your scalp tends to get oily, avoid the scalp. Massage in to allow the blend to penetrate the hair. Leave on for 30 minutes under a warm towel, then wash with a mild shampoo.
