Refund policy
Consumers' right to cancel / return, and refund
You may cancel your contract within 30 days without giving reasons or – if the goods are delivered to you before the deadline – by returning the goods.
The cancellation period respect the Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) and our obligations pursuant to § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and security seals, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellation / return procedure

If your demand is covered by our terms and conditions also signed by you, you'll recieve an email with the return number and clear instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you received the return number from us. After that period the return request becomes void.

Cancellation / return costs
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
This also applies in the event of a return in the following cases:
- if the package is not collected from the drop-off point or
- if delivery to the specified address was wrong/undeliverable or
- refusal of delivery.
In these cases, the return shipping costs (currently handled by DHL) are also your responsibility.
There isn't any additional fees such as administrative.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception (and take pictures before the delivery person if the package is damaged) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (flower waters), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and security seals, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
With us, it is 30 not only 14 days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
