Our current transportation partner, DHL, states that their delivery takes 1-2 business days within Germany.
Please note that we don't deliver on the weekends or public holidays.

We accept returns within 45 days of delivery, provided the items are unopened and in their original condition.
Prior to return, you need to contact us and obtain a return number without which the return is not possible.
We refund within 10 business days after product reception and examination.
Some products such as Hydrolats can't be returned as they are sensitive to conditions.
