Remove your makeup with a cleansing oil, foam, or balm.

Follow that up with a gentle, non-stripping cleanser depending on your skin type. Dry skin should look for creamy, non-foaming face washes with barrier-boosting ingredients like ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and glycerin; while oily skin should try gel-based face washes or gentle foaming cleansers.

Those with acne-prone skin will benefit from a formula with added acne-fighting ingredients, like salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. If your skin is sensitive, keep things gentle by using a formula with soothers (colloidal oatmeal, aloe vera, and niacinamide).

Ideal for tightening pores, removing dead skin, leftover traces of makeup or makeup remover, a toner should always be used after cleansing the skin for a freshening effect. And before applying face cream or other skincare products.

Tip: apply with cotton pads by lightly pressing.

The eye contour area is very sensitive and shows signs of wear and tear immediately. Signs of fatigue and aging appear first around the eyes. From our twenties onward, we make it a habit to include an eye contour treatment in our morning routine. Opt for a hydrating one to restore radiance to the skin. Then, as the years go by, we target wrinkles with formulas enriched with plumping and anti-aging agents. Apply it after removing your makeup and before your day cream (and therefore before a serum if you use one).

The right way to apply it: smooth your product under your eyes from the inner corner outwards. Finish with a gentle self-massage to stimulate blood circulation. Gently tap the entire bony area around your eyes with your fingertips.

Tip: for a decongesting effect, try placing your product in the refrigerator.

A serum is a true shot of active ingredients for the skin. It's always used in addition to a day cream to boost its effects. Whether it's anti-wrinkle, anti-blemish, or regenerating, the serum, tailored to each individual, is always applied before your day cream. Opt for powerful active ingredients related to your specific skin concerns, such as hyaluronic acid for anti-aging or niacinamide for dark spots.

The right way to use it: Place two pea-sized amounts of product in the palm of your hand. Warm it by rubbing your hands together before applying it by pressing it with your palm all over your face. You can also apply it to a targeted area, like a purifying serum only on the T-zone.

There's no secret to having beautiful skin. You need good daily hydration, morning and night. For this, it's best to choose a moisturizing day cream if you have combination or oily skin, or a nourishing one if you have dry skin. A day cream should always be applied to perfectly cleansed skin, and after a serum (if you use one).

Don't skip this step. Absolutely all skin types need to be moisturized.

The right way to apply it: apply it all over your face, including your neck. Use circular motions to work it in, then smooth the product outwards from the center of your face.

Optionally if you'll expose your skin to sun, the sun screen of at least SPF 50+ is the absolute last step.
