The Boselli No. 8 is not a perfume bottle. It is a hand-sculpted work of art — born from Olive wood, shaped by a master, and filled with a Mandarin eau de toilette from one of Grasse's oldest perfume houses. Few objects carry this much history, this quietly.

🪵 A lifetime companion — hand-sculpted from Olive wood by Jean-Pierre Boselli, master sculptor from Châteauneuf-de-Grasse. Each piece is unique, certified, and finished to perfection. Not a product — a possession.

🌿 Grasse, since 1747 — the Mandarin inside comes from one of Grasse's three iconic perfume houses, crafting scents for nearly three centuries. The fragrance is as storied as the flacon that holds it.

♻️ Refillable by design — the glass reservoir inside is refillable. Wear the Mandarin today, another fragrance tomorrow — or explore LaPeNu's own selection. The flacon outlasts any perfume.

🏆 Rare by nature — part of a private collection of just 11 pieces. At 85, Monsieur Boselli may no longer be able to craft new work. Each piece that exists is irreplaceable.

🌍 Exhibited worldwide — shown across France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Canada, and the United States. Comes with a 10-year warranty. Ca. 15 × 5 cm (H × W) · 30 ml · 250 g.

Olivier — Olive wood (Olea europaea)

• One of the Mediterranean's most storied woods — prized for centuries for its extraordinary density, warmth, and the wild beauty of its grain.
• Its surface reveals a living tapestry of swirling patterns — no two pieces alike, each one shaped by decades of sun, wind, and soil.
• Exceptionally hard and slow-growing, olive wood is a material of rare character — resistant, fragrant, and deeply rooted in the landscape of Provence.
• A living material: each flacon carries the unique markings of its tree — grain, knot, and colour entirely its own.

Mandarine — Mandarin (Citrus reticulata)

• A radiant icon of Grasse perfumery — bright, sun-drenched, and unmistakably Mediterranean in character.
• Its top note opens with a burst of citrus freshness — sparkling, clean, and immediately uplifting.
• At its heart, Mandarin and Néroli intertwine — luminous, slightly floral, with the gentle complexity of a sun-warmed orchard.
• A warm sandalwood base anchors the fragrance — soft, creamy, and enduring, giving the scent its quiet depth and longevity.

🌸 Applying the Fragrance

• Remove the sculpted wood cap to reveal the glass atomiser.
• Hold the flacon upright and spray onto pulse points — wrists, neck, or décolleté.
• Allow the mist to settle naturally; do not rub the skin after application.
• 1–2 sprays are sufficient — Mandarin unfolds gently over time.

🔄 Refilling the Flacon

• The glass reservoir is fully refillable — designed to last a lifetime.
• To refill: unscrew the atomiser head and pour your chosen fragrance directly into the glass reservoir.
• Compatible with any fragrance of your choice.
• Rinse the reservoir with warm water between fragrances if desired.

🪵 Caring for the Wood

• Wipe the Olive wood surface with a soft, dry cloth — never use water or chemical cleaners.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve the wood's natural finish.
• Occasional application of a natural wood wax will maintain its lustre over the years.
• Store upright in a cool, dry place — away from humidity.

✨ A Note on This Piece
