Shower or bath exfoliation — Moisten your skin thoroughly in the shower or bath. Slip the glove onto your hand and apply gentle circular movements across the body, working from the extremities toward the heart to support circulation. Rinse the glove thoroughly after each use and hang it to air dry completely.

Hammam & spa ritual — For a deeper exfoliation, soak the skin for at least 5–10 minutes in warm water before use. Apply the glove with firm, elongated strokes to lift dead skin cells effectively. Follow with a nourishing body oil or moisturiser to seal in hydration.
