Black spruce essential oil

• A general tonic, black spruce is ideal in cases of physical or mental fatigue, to combat intense fatigue during convalescence or to promote concentration before an exam or sporting effort.

Peppermint essential oil

• Peppermint essential oil improves concentration and enhances alertness. Stimulating and hypotensive, it is ideal for physical or mental fatigue.

Bergamot essential oil

• Bergamot essential oil, soothing and anti-stress, is ideal for relaxing nervous tension, calming anxieties and fighting depression; three factors that disrupt concentration and alertness.

Exotic basil essential oil

• Basil essential oil helps manage stage fright and promotes perspective, improves concentration and memory, and strengthens willpower. It also helps fight addictions (tobacco, etc.) and calms stress and anxiety.

Lemon essential oil

• A versatile and indispensable essential oil, lemon detoxifies the liver and helps with fatigue, particularly that related to liver overload. Its lemony scent provides tone and vitality.

This synergistic blend is the perfect remedy before a stressful exam, when alertness, concentration, vitality, and memory are crucial.

Menthol, a powerful component of peppermint, enhances concentration and intellectual performance. It also helps combat hypotension through its effects on the heart muscle.

Spruce essential oil, on the other hand, possesses "cortisone-like" properties, meaning it mimics our body's endogenous cortisol. This hormone, secreted in the morning, promotes, among other things, tone and energy.

The powerful stimulating properties of peppermint and black spruce combine wonderfully with the anti-stress and anti-anxiety effects of basil and bergamot.

💡 Usage Recommendations

Diffusion — Add 3 to 5 drops to an ultrasonic, nebulizing, or gentle heat diffuser, or place on a diffuser stone. Diffuse 2 to 3 times a day for 30 minutes to 1 hour per session, adjusting the number of drops to the room size and diffuser type. Handkerchief inhalation — Place 2 to 3 drops on a tissue and inhale deeply. Use 3 to 4 times a day for a few minutes per session. This method is ideal for a more focused and portable experience — before an exam, during a commute, or on the go.

Direct inhalation from the bottle — Inhale directly from the open bottle for 1 to 2 minutes, 2 to 3 times a day. Preferred for intensive, on-demand use such as before an exam or during travel.

⚠️ Do not use before bedtime — This blend contains stimulating essential oils. Avoid use in the evening or before sleep to prevent disruption of rest.
