💡 Usage Recommendations

Skin application — Dilute 1–3% in a carrier oil (e.g. jojoba, sweet almond) and apply to oily, acne-prone, or combination skin to purify, reduce blemishes, and even out skin tone. Avoid sun or UV exposure on treated areas for at least 12 hours due to phototoxicity (use FCF bergamot for daytime application).

Diffusion — Add 4–6 drops to a diffuser and run for 30–60 minutes to purify indoor air, uplift mood, relieve stress and anxiety, and promote a calm, positive atmosphere.

Inhalation — Place 1–2 drops on a tissue or inhale directly from the bottle for immediate stress relief, mood uplift, and to ease anxiety or mood swings.

Massage — Blend 2–3% in a carrier oil and massage into the body to support circulation, ease tension, promote relaxation, and support lymphatic drainage.

Capillary (scalp & hair) — Add 2–3 drops to your shampoo or dilute in a carrier oil for a scalp massage to regulate sebum, reduce dandruff, add shine, and stimulate the scalp.
