Alternative — Cade essential oil is very effective, but if you have it to hand, Himalayan Spikenard essential oil is even better. Skin application: 2 drops locally, twice daily. Take a one-week break after 3 weeks of use.

Other Reputed Uses of Cade

Cade essential oil is used on many occasions, particularly for its anti-infectious and anti-inflammatory properties. For most of the uses below it will be effective, without necessarily being the best essential oil. We therefore indicate the best replacement for Cade for each situation.

Eczema — Cade is effective, but Rose Geranium essential oil is preferable: skin application, 1 drop of Rose Geranium in 4 drops of carrier oil on the affected areas, twice daily, for a maximum of 3 weeks. Take a one-week break before resuming if needed.

Intestinal worms — Cade is effective, but Cinnamon essential oil is preferable: orally, 1 drop on a neutral carrier left to dissolve in the mouth, 4 times daily until improvement.
