Massage — Dilute 2–5% in a carrier oil (e.g. arnica-infused oil, sweet almond oil) and massage into muscles, joints, or tendons. Ideal after intense physical exertion or in cases of stiffness and tension. Provides a characteristic warming and rubefacient sensation that promotes local circulation.

Aromatherapy (diffusion) — Use sparingly in an ultrasonic or cold-air diffuser. Diffuse for short sessions (10–15 minutes maximum) in a well-ventilated room.
