Skin application — Dilute 1–3 drops in a carrier oil (e.g. jojoba or sweet almond) at 2–5% before applying to the skin. Ideal for oily, combination, and acne-prone skin on the face, scalp, or body.

Massage — Blend 3–5 drops in 10 ml of a neutral vegetable oil and massage into the desired area. Particularly effective for muscle tension, joint discomfort, and nervous system support.

Diffusion — Add 5–10 drops to an ultrasonic or cold-air diffuser and diffuse for 30–60 minutes. Promotes relaxation, eases stress and anxiety, and refreshes the air.

✨ To combat insomnia

• It is ideal when combined with Roman chamomile or marjoram. Mix the following in a few drops of neutral carrier oil.
• 2 drops of Roman chamomile essential oil,

Massage the upper chest and the area between your wrists with this mixture before going to bed.
