💡 Usage Recommendations

Spray — Mist directly onto the face, neck, scalp, or body as a refreshing toner or setting spray. Hold the bottle 20–30 cm from the skin and apply 2–3 sprays as needed throughout the day.

Skin application — Apply directly to cleansed skin using a cotton pad or fingertips as a facial toner, aftershave, or soothing compress. Suitable for face, neck, underarms, hands, and feet.

Compress — Soak a clean cloth or cotton pad in undiluted or lightly diluted peppermint hydrolat and apply to the affected area (heavy legs, sunburn, irritated skin) for 5–10 minutes. Particularly effective when chilled.

Massage — Use as a base or dilution medium in massage blends. Mix with a carrier oil or apply directly to the skin before massaging to support circulation and relieve heavy, tired legs.

Capillary — Apply to the scalp as a final rinse or spray after shampooing to purify, regulate sebum, and stimulate the scalp. Massage gently and leave in or rinse depending on preference.

Bath — Add 100–200 ml of peppermint hydrolat to a warm (not hot) bath for a refreshing, deodorising, and invigorating full-body experience. Avoid very hot water, which may diminish the aromatic properties.

Cosmetic ingredient — Use as the aqueous phase in DIY cosmetic formulations (creams, serums, masks, toners). Replaces plain water to add active aromatic and functional properties to homemade preparations.

Teeth — Use as a mouth rinse by diluting 1 tablespoon (15 ml) in a glass of water. Swish for 30–60 seconds and spit. Supports oral hygiene and freshens breath. Do not swallow.

💊 Recommended Dosage

Facial toner / spray — 2–3 sprays or a cotton pad soaked in undiluted hydrolat, applied to cleansed skin morning and/or evening.

Compress — Undiluted or diluted 50/50 with water. Apply for 5–10 minutes, 1–2 times daily as needed.

Bath — 100–200 ml per full bath. Use warm water (not hot). Duration: 15–20 minutes.

Oral rinse — 1 tablespoon (15 ml) diluted in a glass of water (approx. 150 ml). Use 1–2 times daily. Do not swallow.

Cosmetic formulation — Use at up to 100% as the aqueous phase, or blend with distilled water to adjust intensity. Standard usage rate in finished formulas: 20–100%.

💪 Gel for heavy legs: Mix

• 40 ml of peppermint hydrosol,
• 60 ml of sterilized water,
• 1 g of xanthan gum.
• Wait for the xanthan gum to dissolve completely in the hydrosol to form a gel (the entire process may take 30 minutes, stirring occasionally). Then add
• 10 ml of calophyllum vegetable oil,
• 25 drops of isocide,
• 45 drops of cypress essential oil,
• 10 drops of vitamin E.
• Then mix again.

Instructions: Massage the gel into your legs, starting at the feet and working your way up toward the thighs.

💪 Moisturizing body cream: In a first bowl, combine

• 16 drops of vitamin E,
• 30 ml of sweet almond oil,
• 12 g of Cutina.
• In a second bowl, combine
• 80 ml of peppermint hydrosol,
• 70 ml of sterilized water,
• 0.6 g of baking soda (mix a little).
• Heat 2 pots of water.
• When the water begins to simmer in both pots, place both bowls in the double boiler at the same time and let the mixtures heat up without stirring or mixing (the water should remain at a simmer).
• As soon as the cutina has completely melted into the oil, wait another 2 minutes (very important to reach the right temperature), then remove the bowls from the double boiler.
• Immediately pour the aqueous phase into the oil phase and beat vigorously for at least 5 minutes until a smooth, creamy texture is achieved.
• Let cool for another 5 minutes.
• Finally, add
• 2 ml of rice protein,
• 42 drops of Isocide.
• Whisk again to thoroughly blend the mixture.
• Pour into a jar and let cool for 15 minutes.

Instructions: Apply to the legs, chest, and arms in the evening on clean skin.

✨ Hair & Scalp

💪 Leave-in treatment: In a first bowl, heat in a double boiler

• 30 ml of peppermint hydrosol,
• 50 ml of sterilized water.
• Pour 6 g of Olivem 1000 into a second bowl, then melt it in a double boiler.
• When it has almost melted, add 17 ml of jojoba vegetable oil.
• Once the Olivem 1000 has completely melted (into the oil), wait another minute.
• Then remove the bowls from the double boiler.
• Quickly pour the aqueous phase into the bowl containing Olivem 1000.
• Mix for 5 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth.
• Once the mixture has cooled, add
• 5 ml of phytokeratin,
• 10 drops of palmarosa essential oil,
• 10 drops of vitamin E,
• 24 drops of Isocide.
• Mix well, then transfer to a jar.

Instructions: Apply to dry hair, focusing on the ends and mid-lengths while avoiding the scalp. Wait for the product to absorb, then brush through. Shake the bottle before use.

💪 Spray for oily scalps: In a spray bottle, dilute in 20 ml of 70% alcohol

• 10 drops of palmarosa essential oil,
• 10 drops of tea tree essential oil.
• Mix well.
• Then add
• 40 ml of peppermint hydrosol,
• 30 ml of sterilized water.
• Shake well before each use.

Spray onto dry hair; do not rinse.

💪 Mint toothpaste: Pour into a bowl

• 35 ml of peppermint hydrosol.
• Sprinkle in 0.3 g of xanthan gum and stir vigorously for one minute.
• It’s normal for lumps to form; they will disappear once the xanthan gum has fully hydrated.
• Let the xanthan gum hydrate for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• In a second bowl, combine
• 15 g of white clay,
• 50 g of calcium carbonate,
• 2 g of baking soda.
• Add the gel from the first bowl, along with
• 10 ml of glycerin,
• 10 drops of peppermint essential oil.
• Mix using a wooden, glass, or silicone spatula (no metal) until you obtain a smooth paste.
• Then transfer to an airless bottle or jar.

Use as you would regular toothpaste.
