Skin application — Apply pure or diluted to the affected area (irritations, eczema, sunburn, wounds, burns, scars, ulcers, bedsores). Massage gently until absorbed. Avoid sun exposure after use.

Massage — Apply to muscles, joints, tendons, legs, or back with slow, circular movements to relieve rheumatic pain, neuralgia, muscle and joint pain, swelling, and circulatory problems (heavy legs, hemorrhoids). Warm the oil slightly in the palms before use.

Compress — Soak a clean cloth in warm water with a few drops of the oil. Apply to the affected area for 15–20 minutes to relieve localised pain, bruising, or inflammation.

Bath — Add 2–3 tablespoons to warm (not hot) bath water. Disperse well before entering. Promotes relaxation, soothes muscle tension, and supports nervous system balance. Do not use before sun exposure.

Cosmetic ingredient — Incorporate into creams, serums, balms, or massage oils at 5–100% concentration. Pairs well with Calendula, sweet almond, and apricot kernel oils for enhanced soothing and repairing action.
