💡 Usage Recommendations

Skin application — Apply a few drops directly to clean, dry skin and massage gently until fully absorbed. Ideal for the face, body, hands, feet, lips, eye area, eyebrows, and eyelashes. Suitable as a daily moisturiser, soothing treatment for irritations, eczema, psoriasis, sunburn, stretch marks, and chapped or cracked skin.

Massage — Use as a standalone massage oil or blend with essential oils. Warm a small amount between the palms and apply with long, fluid strokes to the body, neck, décolleté, or targeted muscle and joint areas.

Capillary (hair & scalp) — Apply to dry or damp hair from mid-lengths to ends as a nourishing treatment. Can be used as a pre-shampoo mask (leave on 20–30 minutes), a leave-in serum for frizz control, or a scalp massage oil to stimulate circulation and nourish the roots.

Cosmetic ingredient — Use as a carrier oil to dilute essential oils before skin or hair application. Blend into homemade creams, serums, balms, or masks. Typical dilution: 1–3% essential oil in sweet almond oil.

Nail application — Massage a drop into the cuticles and nail bed daily to soften, nourish, and strengthen brittle nails.
