We specify chemotypes wherever relevant so you can choose with precision.

What does HEBBD / HECT mean? HEBBD (Botanically and Biochemically Defined Essential Oil) and HECT (Chemotyped Essential Oil) are professional quality labels used in French aromatherapy. They guarantee the botanical identity, geographical origin, and biochemical composition of the oil — a higher standard than simple "pure" or "natural" claims.

How should I dilute essential oils for skin use? A safe general dilution is 1–2% in a carrier oil — approximately 6–12 drops per 100ml. Some oils require lower dilutions.
